We currently ship to addresses within Greece only.

How Shipping Works — Important Notice

We are in the process of integrating an automated shipping solution with BOX NOW parcel lockers. During this initial launch period, shipping is handled as follows:

  1. You place your order and enter your delivery address at checkout as usual.
  2. After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you directly (via email or phone) to arrange the most convenient BOX NOW pickup point near you.
  3. Once your parcel is dispatched to the selected BOX NOW locker, you will receive a notification with a pickup code.

We appreciate your patience with this process. Automated BOX NOW locker selection at checkout will be available soon.

Shipping Cost

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are included in your total at the time of purchase. There are no additional or hidden charges. When we contact you to arrange your BOX NOW pickup point, no extra fees will apply.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS from BOX NOW.

Issues with Your Delivery
